Induction processes
A comprehensive assessment of staff sales competency (including performance sales behaviours and negotiation skills) is undertaken to provide a baseline for performance development. The induction process addresses individual needs, and develops each team member’s core understanding of solution sales processes and utilisation of performance behaviours.
Team leaders are assessed on management style and strategic aptitude to determine development needs and identify how they best contribute to the performance initiative.
Sales competency testing is carried out at specified time intervals to gauge individual progress and correlated to sales performance.
